GUEST LECTURES, SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS
The Institute of Psychotherapy, Antarnad Foundation, regularly invites guest speakers to conduct seminars and lectures on psychoanalysis and psychotherapy. Speakers in the past have included such names as Sudhir Kakar [psychoanalyst, author of a series of psychoanalytic books on the Indian Psyche, novelist], Alan Roland [Former Program Chair and Director of the National Psychological Association for Psychoanalysis, New York, author of In Search of Self in India and Japan], Leon Balter [training psychoanalyst, New York Psychoanalytic Institute], and Michael Brearley [psychoanalyst teaching at the Psychoanalysis Unit of University College London, Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 1977, captain of the English Test Team from 1977 to 1981, and author of the definitive book The Art of Captaincy].
